Welcome to the  NIHA website! The North Idaho Houndsmen Association is a 501(c) 3 organized exclusively for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes to bring together individuals or organizations with a common interest.  

We as a club strive to help  promote and perpetuate the sport of hound hunting, increase the knowledge of its members and the public about our association and hound activities, to work toward the improvement of our hunting seasons and preserve, protect, and enhance Idaho’s Wildlife resources. We work with Idaho Fish and Game to create and sustain strong population and opportunity in our seasons. We work diligently with other state clubs to fight to keep our tradition alive for our future generations. We promote ethics, youth involvement, and education.​
